FAQS
Can you REALLY find
my lost animal companion?
Not always: If your animal has been seriously injured or passed away, I may not be able
to reach them. I take this work very seriously as I know how hard it is to lose an animal friend and not know where they are
or if they are safe. I have had success with this in the past, but cannot guarantee that your animal will be found. As with
any lost being the first 48 hours are critical. The more I know the more I can help. Also some animals are not really lost.
They have for one reason or another "chosen" to leave. They may be coming back or not, but if we can connect with
them, we can find out.
Will my animals tell you family secrets?
Most animals will not but occasionally someone is really surprised by the details of their daily life that their animals have
shared. Expect the unexpected!
Is my information confidential
? Everything you tell me and everything your animal friend tells me is confidential. I will not share with anyone
that you have consulted me unless you share it first. I never share customer contact information. Your financial information
is confidential and not revealed to me if you use Paypal. Checks and money orders are also confidential.
I abide by the Code of Ethics for Interspecies Communications formulated by Penelope Smith

"My Corky dog, the love of my life, was quite old and in failing health. Trying to make a decision on
what to do was impossible for me. I knew deep down that his quality of life was gone but that spark would come back
for a moment or two and I couldn’t let him leave. I contacted Joni Wamer and asked her to try and talk with him.
She tried several time and he very stubbornly said he could not talk about it. She kept trying to reach him. Finally
he could not go on anymore and he let Joni know. The information shared was only info that Corky and I knew, I honored
his wish and put him to rest. I cannot thank Joni enough for making this 18 year commitment to my little guy easier
for us. I know he will always be with me in my heart. Thanks Joni!" -Kathy-
